Zwischenprüfungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Sozialpsychologie, Note: 1,0, Universität Potsdam (Institut für Psychologie), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Arbeit werden die Phasen der Gruppenentwicklung thematisiert, durch die Individuen zu einem handlungsfähigen Team avancieren. Es wird anhand von zunächst vier (idealtypischen) Phasenabläufen nach Bruce Tuckman (1965) die Gruppenentwicklung nachvollzogen, erläutert und kritisch diskutiert, ehe eine fünfte Phase vorgestellt wird. Immer wieder wird ein Rückbezug auf die Arbeit in Gruppen in der Schule hergestellt.
