Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Medien, Kunst, Musik, Note: 1,3, Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Selten stand das Genre Kabarett so stark wie 1968 unter dem Verdacht, nicht gesellschaftskritisch genug zu sein und keinen Motor für Veränderungen darzustellen. Hier wirken die historische Situation und die soziologische Konzeption des Genres zusammen. Anhand von Beispielen der beiden Pole 'Massenkabaretts' und 'APO-Kabaretts' soll dieser Zusammenhang verständlich werden, insbesondere über die (gescheiterten) Versuche der studentischen Aktivisten, das Kabarett für ihre Sache zu instrumentalisieren.
