The new edition is designed to be used as an exercise book and for systematic study. It includes cases on data protection, the reliability of online newspaper archives and the commercial use of the personal attributes of prominent persons. Only recent cases were selected that illustrate case assessment and represent the dynamic aspects of this legal field.
