This supplemental volume is a collection of the statutes, bylaws, and constitutions that yield insight into the aims, purposes, structure, and organization of the associations portrayed in the handbook. While the metatexts in the handbook analyze and evaluate, the historical source texts in this supplement speak for themselves, and are presented in overview for the first time, enabling comparative analysis.
