This work presentsthe substantive elements, basic principles, and factors that affect corporate networks with the aim of assessing and improving their ability to innovate.Furthermore it presents an empirical study of technology-oriented innovation networks to show their interconnections. The author discusses the implications of this knowledge for research and management, including resource allocation and network development.
